We are again this year offering our course on Animal Rights Law, every Tuesday from 5.00-6.30 pm Weeks 1-8 (Lent Term) starting next Tuesday 26th January. Attendance is open to all. The course will cover the history of animal welfare and animal rights laws, the jurisprudence of animal rights, including legal personhood, animal rights and human rights, locus for animal plaintiffs, draft animal rights treaties, and the latest animal rights law cases.
