The Cambridge Centre for Animal Rights Law is inviting up to four Law lecturers from European universities to Cambridge for a 3-5 days workshop on how to offer an Animal Rights Law course, to be held in Cambridge on mutually agreeable dates in early 2020. Travel to Cambridge and accommodation costs in Cambridge will be covered by the Centre.
The Law Lecturerβs Workshop is part of our Centreβs teaching outreach mission which aims at giving interested Law lecturers the tools to teach an Animal Rights Law course at their home university. In the Workshop, we will be sharing all the course materials from the Cambridge Animal Rights Law course, we will be discussing strategies of how to put together an Animal Rights Law syllabus, we will be looking at what readings to include, as well as at how to get students involved beyond class participation.
